Shipping Info: Items will be shipped via United States first class mail. Items will be shipped out within the indicated date on the page and United States residents should expect goods in three days added on to the days shipped in date. Canadian customers should expect 4-5 days after that date. International customers should expect an additional week.
Return Policy: Damaged goods will be replaced at no cost of the receiver once proof of damage is received. Lost packages should be kept to a minimal due to a tracking device. If an item is lost, please contact woodboismusic@gmail.com to work out a resolution. We can offer no guarantee about the arrival of international orders. We will still purchase a tracking number but if the order is lost en route we can't be held responsible.
